L’Amour by Lalique is a sensual Floral fragrance, an incredibly seductive concoction. An olfactory declaration of love is revealed through the freshness of Bergamot, followed by the elegant tenderness of Rosebud and the delicacy of Neroli. The heart notes enrich the fragrance with a bouquet of white flowers: Tuberose, Gardenia and Jasmine. At its dry-down, warm and dry Cedarwood and smooth Sandalwood settle on a bed of addictive Musks.

Composition of the fragrance:
Right from the opening of this Eau de Parfum, you’ll be enchanted with the citrus scent of bergamot, the floral notes of rosebuds, and the slightly bitter neroli. The heart of the composition contains the sweet gardenia accompanied by delicate jasmine and sensual tuberose. Finally, warm cedar wood and velvety sandalwood provide a perfect sensory experience.

Story of the fragrance:
The Japanese prince Asaka Yasuhiko commissioned the French Artist René Lalique to create four large glass doors for his palace in Tokyo. Lalique took to the task with grace and designed bewitching artistic gems featuring silhouettes of women with spread wings.

In the 1980s, the palace became the metropolitan museum where you can admire Lalique’s masterpieces even now. It was these glass doors that inspired the bottle of Lalique L’Amour, created as a tribute to Lalique’s love for all women as well as for flowers.

It was launched in 2013 and the nose behind this fragrance is Nathalie Lorson.
